The computer I am told
Cannot feel.
Yet it allows me to erase
All my mistakes
And start afresh
Without leaving an ugly stain.
Sometimes I worry
That machines will become like men.

they will not. precisely because no human can ever let another human make a mistake and get away with it clean. and because of this unexpected kindness i still cannot make myself trust technology.
